Cancellations and
No-Shows

I understand things come up. I require a 24 hour cancellation to reschedule a lesson. If the client has purchased a package of lessons a cancellation of less than 24 hours results in the loss of that lesson. If this is the client’s 1st lesson I require that lesson to be paid for before we can schedule any additional dates. For a no-show with no communication, I ask that the person find another company to work with rather than contacting me and trying to reschedule.
