Cancellations and
No-Shows

I require notice within 24 hours to cancel or reschedule a lesson. If the client has purchased a package of lessons a cancellation of less than 24 hours results in the loss of that lesson. If this is the client’s 1st lesson, I require that missed lesson to be paid for before we can schedule any additional dates. If the client pays for a package of lessons and wants to cancel with refund there is a $100 dollar charge for a refund on packages.
